The working principle of the electric kettle is that the steam generated when the water boils causes the deformation of the bimetallic sheet of the steam temperature sensing element, which drives the power switch off through the lever principle. It is made of aluminium sheet by stretching. The electrothermal element is a sealed electrothermal tube made of immersed nickel-plated steel. On the basis of the design principle of whistle electric kettle, a temperature-limiting automatic controller (mainly bimetallic thermostat or magnetically controlled thermostat automatic switch) is added. When water boils, the water vapor produced deforms the bimetallic sheet of the thermostat and drives the miniature switch to cut off the power supply, which greatly improves the safety of the electric kettle. (3) Plastic electric kettle.
The biggest characteristic of plastic electric kettle is easy to carry and reliable safety performance. The power signal indicator lamp set on the pot body can conveniently observe the electrified state, the upper and lower split structure can rotate 3600, and the melting point of the food-grade hygienic plastic material used in the pot body is above 200 C.
